Vintage 1941 Gorham Floral Engraved Sterling Silver 4 1/4 Pint Water Pitcher

  
Floral engraved Old French sterling silver 4 1/4 pint water pitcher. Measures 8 1/2" height at the top of handle x 8 1/2" wide(tip of spout to back of handle) and weighs 652 grams.

The pitcher is in excellent condition and appears to have seen little or no use in its lifetime. No dings, dents, scratches or signs of wear. Very clean inside and out. The silver shines brightly with no tarnish.

All floral engraved decoration remains crisp and well defined. Stamped on the base sterling Gorham 4 1/4 pints, 182/10 along with Gorham maker's mark and square framed 1 datemark for 1941.
