This is a wonderful, rare, late-Victorian handled Ice Water pitcher with transfer decorations and hand painted borders. The transfers read "Ice Water, " the letters of which are adorned with little icicles, bordered by holly branches. It is marked on the base H. Stone China-the mark of Harker Pottery Company of East Liverpool, Ohio.

It is crazed but has no losses, chips, or repairs. It measures just over 9 inches tall.
