The bottoms of the bowl & jug are marked with the blue twin lion's mark & maker's name: "Victoria Ware, Ironstone". Condition: Both in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Victoria Ware Ironstone was made in the 1920s as replicas of the ones that were made during the 19th century. Ironstone is a vitreous, durable type of stoneware that tends to be heavier than other types of pottery. Flow blue is a blue and white dish where the transfer ware is a bit blurry because of an additive put in the kiln to make the blue softer and blurred.
