Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Watering Can Milk Jug or Creamer

  

A Very Nice Tiffany & Co Solid Sterling Silver Cream or Milk Jug in the form of a Watering Can. These are quite rare items and not often available do not mistake for the much smaller watering can pepper shaker that Tiffany & Co also made.

Difficult to date precisely but this is quite a recent piece, vintage rather than antique and made for Tiffany & Co by artisan Silversmiths Petri Firenze of Italy. The jug bears full Italian hallmarks for sterling silver and this makers mark number for Petri Firenze was allocated to them on 24.5.2010 although they have been going quite a lot longer so this jug was made sometime after this date.

In excellent condition with no dings or dents just very light usage marks. 180g or 5.8 Troy Ounces weight (all sterling silver). 14.5cm tall (5.75 inches). 14cm across from handle to spout (5.5 inches). 8cm diameter at the base (3 1/8 inches).
