A superb sterling silver beer jug made in the Georgian style. It really does have the look and feel of a period Georgian example.

The thick gauge of silver used gives it a very pleasing feel to handle and a beautiful deep shine. It would also make a wonderful water jug that would quite spectacular when on the table and in use. Fully hallmarked Sterling Silver, 1979 London. Makers mark of Payne & Son. It is in an excellent condition with no repairs or damage.

Some very light surface wear that is noticeable on a close inspection. The is in a good clean condition.

16.5cm including handle and spout. 12.5cm diameter at belly. A very impressive and usable sterling silver jug of a good size.
