Antique Chinese 18th century earthenware, green glazed water pot. Take a look at the pictures these will tell much more than my description.

In good condition, no repairs and about 7 ¾ (21cm) tall. Hexagonal form with deep crevices at the join of each facet. Gabled / stirrup ridge on top forms handle. Small, round opening on lid with fitted, shaped stopper.

Most of the surface is glazed in an emerald green color - highly attractive. The bottom rim, about 1/4 inch 1cm approx.

Was left unglazed altogether and the border adjacent to this is a very deep, almost black shade. All items are very professionally packed.
