Antique Gorham Solid Silver & Jade Pitcher. A fabulous large solid silver pitcher made by Gorham circa 1930. Art Deco style, with large, plain body standing on a circular foot. The lift-off lid with a knurled rim and engraved coronet. The very unusual feature is the jade coloured stone roundel set into the top. Lid can be twisted to open/close flow to the spout. The underside of the bowl is hallmarked for Gorham Inc.

Also stamped with a pattern number and French import marks. A handsome piece of excellent size and weight.

Very unusual indeed to find hardstone combined with Gorham silver. In antique condition with expected wear. Surface wear throughout, with minor scratched and dings.
