Mega Rare Royal Doulton Gnomes Water Pitcher

  
A Royal Doulton 6 1/2" tall pitcher featuring the seriesware "Gnomes" or "Munchkins as it's affectionately called. I have never seen another pitcher as this in 50 years of collecting so it must be very scarce to find.

With a D4697 pattern number on the base it was potted in the first year of production of 1927 and is illustrating five Gnomes playing around a tree trunk with mushrooms in the foreground. A fascinating and magical item from Royal Doulton!
