Large rare antique handmade Italian pottery teapot shaped water pitcher jug

  

Up for sale is a very nice quality antique hand sculpted Italian pottery pitcher. It's made of thick white painted pottery walls and has a lovely sheen glazed finish. It is a very unique teapot shape with applied floral detailing that is very dimensional. There are hatched engravings throughout the whole piece with stylized floral appliqués on the handle and foot.

The pitcher is marked under the skirted foot reading "334/36 Made in Italy". It's in wonderful condition and measures 14 inches long by 8 1/4 inches tall by 7 1/2 inches wide.
