For sale is this elegant. 800 solid silver Italian thermos pitcher. I would estimate it was made in the early 20th century. All have mercury glass liners to keep liquids cold or hot. This jug is about 9 1/2 inches tall and about 5 inches in diameter at the base. It's total weight (including the glass liner) is about 1,400 grams. The jug has an attractive floral finial on the lid and a heavily chased frieze on the body. It is in very good condition with minor scratching and wear from polishing over time. A couple of small shallow dents on the underside of the lip which you can't see unless you look for them.

No cracks in the glass liner. Please refer to photos and feel free to ask questions.
