HUGE Sculpture Terracotta Antique Figurine girl water jug French Signed A. Guillot 19-th Century Please refer to the photos for the measurements There is a whole story behind this magnificent sculpture... This sculpture is of a young girl who went to get some water in a water jug, but what it looks like she dropped the jug and broke it on the way... And now she is standing pensive with a broken pitcher in her hand the break in the pitcher is by design - no breaks or missing pieces in this sculpture!

She is in great old condition , there is some roughness on the surface - all original to the piece - as shown; it is very old - Antique, There is a signature and also writing at the bottom on this sculpture, can't make it out- see photos close ups for more details. It is French origin; Some scuffs may be seen on the surface - consistent with the age of this old sculpture; A very heavy piece with an impressive size. A true piece of art!
