Regal sterling silver water pitcher in Empire pattern. Made by Durgin in Concord, New Hampshire. Ovoid with helmet mouth, leaf-capped scroll handle, and round foot. Applied ornament: Two oval ribbon-tied imbricated-leaf frames surmounted by crown, and joined by floral garlands. Imbricated-leaf band on shoulder and rims.
