This is a beautiful vintage large stoneware pottery water jug with a lid. Signed by the artist but it is difficult to read. Extremely well-made, very beautiful, and unique.

The jug has various textures, patterns, and designs; very tastefully and skillfully done. Multi-color (brown, black, green, and blue) with speckles. Dimensions; weight (approximately): 10 H with lid, 8 across to the handle, 5 1/8 bottom diameter, 5 top diameter, 5 3/8 from sput to the back rim, and 2 ¼ without; 6 1/2 L including handle; 4 ¾ top diameter; 3.88 lbs.
